About this Event

In the aftermath of suffering, heartache, and trauma, it can feel impossible to hope. Maybe you're hesitant to hope for yourself, or you stick to surface-level hopes like wishing that your favorite team wins. But deep down, fear and anxiety hold you back from embracing deeper hope.

Still, hope is crucial for our well-being. It's what keeps us moving forward, even in the face of uncertainty. But how do we grow and nurture hope when vulnerability feels overwhelming?

Join psychiatrist and neurobiology expert,
Dr. Curt Thompson, MD, alongside psychologist and trauma specialist, Dr. Dan Allender, for a two-hour live webinar for a profound examination of the neuroscience of suffering and hope. You’ll learn more about how the narrative process and confessional communities can activate the brain's pathways to foster hope.

This is a live, interactive experience, and time will be given for a Q&A session with the presenters.

Who is this for?

Whether you're a practitioner or someone seeking to nurture community and support others, this webinar promises invaluable insights into cultivating hope, healing, and redemption in our lives and in our communities.
